Psst - If you're having back pains ( I don't know what from, maybe cheer-leading or well.. your boobs. They do look nice.. ) I'd recommend a book called Treat Your Own Back - it uses the Mackenzie method and is realllly good. treats back pain, prevents it in future, and slims you down (if u want/need it) or gets yah abs, and helps with flexibility and stuff, real easy to do as well. Yah.. just saying.
